After several months of absence from the region, GEST returns to SEA for another open tournament. The GEST SEA Cup will feature nine invited and seven qualified participants, fighting online for the $3000 prizepool. The competition will run from March 14th through 27th.
One of SEA's most prominent competitions, GEST, returns this month for the first cup of 2015. 16 of SEA's strongest teams will fight in a single-elimination bracket and attempt to claim the biggest share of $3000. Nine participants have already been invited to the main event, while seven more teams will have to survive the tournament's extensive open qualifiers.

Seven qualifiers will be held in total (each for a country of the SEA region), from March 14th through 15th. The qualifiers will be open, and the teams will be play best-of-one matches in their country's single-elimination bracket. The winner of each qualifier will advance to the main event. The qualifier registrations open tomorrow, March 5th, and they will remain open until March 13th. Teams interested in signing up should check out the tournament's official website. The matches will be played on Singaporean servers.
