The American organization Denial eSports just announced their sponsorship deal with Terra Firma eSports, the recently-founded French squad by 7ckngMad and Sockshka. This is the third attempt by Denial eSports to make a mark in the DotA2 scene.
Only four days since their official formation, Terra Firma has already attracted a major sponsor - the North American organization Denial eSports. The French squad will be the newest addition to the club's team roster, known mostly for its accomplishments in League of Legends.
However, this is not the first time Denial eSports attempts to enter the professional DotA2 scene. Back in 2013, the organization signed the Peruvian Artyk Gaming, later known as Revenge eSports, without much success. Later in the same year, Denial tried their luck once again with Thundercats, a United States team. While the five players did manage to achieve some significant results in the North American scene, internal turmoil and real life complications for some of the members resulted in the disbandment almost two months later.
It remains to be seen whether the five French players can benefit from their new sponsorship and become the first stable DotA2 squad for Denial eSports. Since the team has already joined several competitions including MSI BeatIT playoffs and WePlay Season 3 qualifiers, we will soon be able to witness their performance under the new banner.
