Post TI3 team shuffles : ICCup drops full DotA2 squad

?

ICCup has been a pleasant surprise for the European scene, with their achievements in Star Series and other various cups. Nonetheless, the organisation has decided not to continue with the Ukrainian-Belarus roster, and it is highly unlikely that a new DotA 2 roster to be formed in the future

More and more news arrive for the future of the renowned DotA 2 squads, with ICCup dropping their full DotA2 squad less than a week after The International 3. The previous roster, formed of famous players from Ukraine and Belarus is currently without a sponsor and it is still unknown whether they will continue to play together or will split and look for independent careers.

The organisation attempted to create a solid DotA2 team by inviting famous free agents such as Vladimir 'PGG' Anosov and Dominik 'hex0r' Buhmann for almost a year and a half. Their latest roster was pretty solid, with their second place in SLTV Star Series VI and Techlabs Cup being the most notable feats. However, the boys were unable to qualify for The International 3, after losing their matches during the group stage.

The former ICCup roster :

Belarus Maksim 'Jackal' Doroshenok
Belarus Oleg 'wejustzik' Zinovenko
Ukraine Andrey 'ALWAYSWANNAFLY' Bondarenko
Ukraine Andrey 'Mag' Chipenko
Ukraine Roman 'Resolut1ion' Fominok

Andreas "drouks" StThere's really not much to say about Andreas 'drouks' Stavridakis, except that he sleeps two hours a day, plays the guitar and survives solely on Diet Coke. He also writes about DotA sometimes.
