With a stunning 3-0 victory against Mouz, Alliance is crowned champion of TPL Season 5. Mousesports emerged to the final after winning the Losers Bracket against Evil Geniuses, only to lose to Alliance once again on the same day.
Alliance is officially the sole victor of the fifth Premier League. Mousesports had the chance to stop the Swedes twice in the Winners Bracket final and Grand Final, but they completely failed to stand out, losing all five games against Alliance
Mousesports reached the final after taking down Evil Geniuses in the Losers bracket match, with the Americans showing no resistance, showing that they need to work to get back in the game of professional DotA. They earn the third place above Virtus.Pro, with the Russians falling out of the playoffs in day-one.
