They were close to losing versus Australia and Sweden, but managed to win in the end. Poland is now one of the favourites, and are set against Serbia & Montenegro in the first round of the playoff.

|  Serbia & MontenegroSerbia & Montenegro barely made it to the playoffs from Group D, with a win/loss ratio of 4-3, they just beat Argentina in the battle for the fourth place. CooLeR[CLF], nidzika and JustNasty were some of the members who secured Serbia & Montenegro's place in the playoffs.

|  BelarusBelarus came from Group C, with the safe numbers 5-2. NGr-Bla_Bla, DuKe[PnD] and va)a.k.a.Viper are some of their members. They lost the last two games versus Brazil and Germany, but managed to swipe the rest of the seven. All in all, they had 26 wins and 23 losses.

A win due to forfeit versus Slovakia, and then a loss again in a very close game versus Poland. Then two games, a win versus Greece also due to forfeit. Sweden was placed third, and with strong names like SaFT, TreK, KimThan and Daaman, they are one of the favourites.

They have a lot of [konijin]-members, and some International Division (iD.) members. iD.Twisted, ToT)Strafe( and 2p.ret are considered the biggest stars in their team. They are facing Sweden in the first round, and we hope for a great game, like we played in Euro2004 Soccer Cup.

|  HungaryThe National Hungarian Team just made it, with 4 wins and 3 losses. With members like Gorky(TE), Minotauro and ViKinG[TNT], they ravaged through Group B. The first win versus Croatia must have given them self confidence, and then the close loss versus France. Then they managed to swipe three straight games, and then they lost again, this time against the Group winners - Canada.

|  GermanyGermany has got a really strong team, with many players who scream self confidence; ToT)Mondragon(, Socke[pG], ToT)Rob( and InFiNitY[pG] are only some of their wide member list. They made it though Group C with 7-0, all games very clear. The closest to a loss was 5-2, and the ones behind them in the ranking were Italy, which Germany beat with 5-2.

|  CanadaCanada is also one of the favourite teams, with Captain Testie, General SpecTra[pG] and Marshall Veg[pG]. Team Canada came to the playoffs one game short, they never faced Croatia in an earlier round. All of the other games, they've won with an impressive win/loss ratio of 35/7. Before this Cup, when the WGTour NvsN Ladder was the one that "counted", they were always at the top. They will face Brazil in their first playoff round.

|  BrazilBrazil replaced USA after some management and member problems in the American team. Brazil had 4-3, which was barely enough to qualify. Czech Republic had the same stats, but Brazil had better win/loss ratio; 31/18. Brazil started with USA's stats, which was not that good. First a loss versus Germany, then versus Italy as well. After yet another loss versus Czech Republic, the Brazil team managed to win four games in a row.

In the first round of Group A they barely won versus Slovakia with 4-3. All of Australia's game has been very close, showing the crowd that a good team deserves luck. Australia only lost one game, the last one versus the Group winner Poland.

|  ItalyItaly's National Team consists of mostly SoL members; SoL.Cloud, SoL.Death, SoL.HaSuBoy. But there are also other members of course. Italy played in Group C, and just like Australia, most of their wins were close ones - four games ended 4-3 in favour for Italy. One game versus Latvia ended 6-1. They will have a tough game in the first round versus Norway.

They won all their matches quite easily, except versus Ukraine (ended 4-3 for Spain). Will they be as successful in the playoffs, or will they lose versus Finland? Wait and see.

|  FinlandThe DSky-filled Nation Finland, known for its Sauna and it's hard labour, made it to the playoffs with just that. In the Group A, they met Sweden in the last game. Both teams were already done for the playoff, but it was still an important game; ranking. Finland lost, and now faces Spain instead of Netherlands. In the sauna we can find Muhweli, KelvaroN, ovvi and aqrash.

|  UkraineLast but not least we have Ukraine, the team that ended third in Group D with 5 wins and 2 losses. They lost to Spain and Netherlands, the nations in the first and second rank. They don't have so many famous players (according to me), but White-Ra and White.Orb I have heard of. Hopefully, I will know more of this strong team after the playoffs.
