Los Reyes del Mambo win WGTour Clan League

LRM has won the highest division in WGTour ClanLeague, by one point over OpeN MindS. A season with lots of walkovers, since three of the favoured teams forfeited the whole season.

WGTour ClanLeague Season 12 - a season stained by multiple forfeits. Three of the teams (RSGaming, Sons of Law and fanatiC) forfeited the league quite early. They were all predicted to win according to a GosuGamers » poll.

Instead other teams stepped up to claim the throne, and among them were the Spanish team Los Reyes del Mambo, a team consisting of Spain's finest such as SuKeR, SquaLL and WeRaTuL. By only losing one match, the one against the Russian clan fAkePeoOple, they stood as the victors of WGTour ClanLeague Season 12. GosuGamers talked to a happy LRM)NuNo a couple of days afterwards.
- It was one of our main goals during this time. It was our second time in a row on the first division and we’ve achieved the win succesfully, tells NuNo. Despite winning with only one point, he expressed that he was very happy winning the league. We all are very happy because we’ve won this title thanks to our hard work as a team.

Partly won by Templars of Twilight?

Even though SquaLL (picture) joined Templars of Twilight (read more » here), he played for LRM) in the WGTour ClanLeague. He did not lose a single game in his single games; how will LRM replace him for the next season?
- I gotta say that SquaLL belongs to our team in the ClanLeague because his presence in our team has been a great help for us. We all know that’s he’s an extraordinary player. Sadly, we’ve felt his gone to the Templars because there are not a lot of great gamers like him in our country, NuNo says and hopes he will come back to LRM one day.

Asked whether they will be able to win next season as well, just like SoL did the two previous seasons, NuNo was quite modest but of course he trusts in his team's possibilities.
- Our goal will be the same than this season, so we’ll do our best in each Clan Wars, but we can’t assure that we will be the best team when the season finishes, admits NuNo.
