The expected conclusion occured in group B after Team LDLC's win over Liquid put them in first place of the group and secured them the second spot in the semi finals.

Team LDLC is the second finalist of MLG X Games. They are joining Fnatic in the playoffs as the first placed team of Group B due to their head-to-head record against Fnatic. The French team managed to win over the Swedes in their match yesterday.
Team Liquid didn't have much luck during the map pick, since the map choice felt to the LDLC's strongest map, de_dust2. The French team was able to choose between de_cache and de_dust2, but due to Liquid's a very convincing win yesterday against CLG on de_cache, the French team went for a more safer pick in this case.
The first half of the map was totally dominated by Team LDLC where kioShiMa was an MVP. He was just unstoppable, especially at the B site where he made so many entry frags for his team. Going 12-3 at the half time and moving on to CT site, LDLC just had to close this game routinely which they did.
In the winner's interview NBK said that it was hard to predict who they were going to face in semi finals due to the many upsets yesterday, so it can be any of teams from Group A, but of course he gives a slight advantage to NiP, Cloud9 and Dignitas over KaBuM. He said that it's everything is still open and on the question regarding he wants to once again meet Fnatic, this time in a match for a medal he replied that they are not afraid to play anyone, however they still have a bad record against the Swedes, especially in the grand final matches.
