Due to "low international mobilisation", WarCraft 3 will no longer be a contested event. As a result, more player slots will be opened for the StarCraft 2 event. An additional game may or may not be announced in the future to replace WarCraft 3.
Registrations is also opened for all tournaments for countries without qualifiers. The registration is free but a fee of $200 per participant is to be paid if they are chosen.

ESWC will be held from 21st to 23rd of October in Paris, France.
