In this series from GosuGamers, we are going to introduce you to some of the best players that Overwatch has to offer. A lot of the current top players have competed at a high level in various other games and genres before joining the Overwatch scene. These player profiles aim to provide you with information on their previous competitive history (including team history) as well as a brief overview of the player's Overwatch preferences. Overwatch might be the first game Rasmus “Draceus” Waern is playing professionally, he is not unfamiliar playing competitive FPS games. Playing Shootmania Storm, he represented TCM Gaming before he moved on to Battlefield 4 and playing for Team Dignitas. Getting familiar with class-based and objective-based shooters, Draceus moved on to Dirty Bomb in which he did most of the shot-calling for his team. The latter talent he transferred over to Overwatch, though he does remark that Overwatch is different and it’s easier to have more than one person calling the shots during a game.

?Draceus is one of two supports on the Creation eSports team. He is a great Lúcio player, but his talented shotcalling and decision-making skills really shine when on Mercy. He knows who to heal or who to damage boost, and more importantly he knows when to do so. His resurrections have also proven to be game changers and will never be wasted. But Draceus is more than just a support player, as he is also currently the captain of the team. While he admits his leading role has slimmed down lately, he still takes care of administrative hurdles and leads his team to victory! Overall, Draceus is a very talented player which aspiring Mercy-players can certainly learn a lot from.
