2022 has been a great year for VALORANT and its developer Riot Games. With the success of VCT 2022, the introduction of new maps and agents, and the announcement of the new system for VCT 2023, the game is certainly up in popularity.
The game boasts a robust line of characters, or Agents, for players to play as, and according to Riot, the number one agent played in 2022 was Reyna. The duelist topped the chart ahead of other names such as Fade and Raze.
The fourth duelist introduced in the VALORANT roster of agents, her Leer ability gives her a leg up for affecting the enemy’s vision. Pair that with her rapid healing ability Devour, and she is a force to be reckoned with.
Of course, this stat is mainly for ranked matches, not for the major tournaments. In those, Chamber is still number one, with Fade in second place. Will these numbers stay true for 2023, and will Reyna get a buff or nerf in 2023? Stay tuned to find out.
