They beat fellow NA team Cloud9 as well as Team Liquid Brazil to be in the Grand Final.
Two important matches from the lower brackets saw three teams play to see who the second finalist for the Grand Final match of the VCT Game Changers 2022 will be. The semi-finals saw Shopify Rebellion GC go against Cloud9 White, while the finals saw the winner of the previous match meet up with Team Liquid Brazil from the upper brackets.

The first map of the series was Fracture, where Cloud9 showed that they really want to stay in the competition by easily controlling the first half – ending it with a four-point lead. Shopify however did not take that staying still – they immediately went on the offensive in the second half and by the time round 24 rolled by, both teams were tied, and overtime was called. Cloud9 easily won the extra rounds and left the map with a win, scoring 14-12.
In Haven, the stamina of Cloud9 seemed to have waned a bit as Shopify easily took charge of the first half, ending it with a two-point lead. The second half saw Cloud9 try to rise again, but Shopify was a step ahead, and easily won the map by round 22, with a score of 13-9.
Icebox is where everything comes tumbling down for Cloud9 White. While they showed a strong performance in the first half – with both teams tied by the end of it, the second half saw Cloud9 running out of steam. Shopify took advantage of this and grabbed win after win to end the map by round 22, with a score of 13-9
Cloud9 White was eliminated from the tournament, and Shopify Rebellion heads to the lower bracket finals to meet with Team Liquid Brazil.

Energized by their wins not a few hours ago, Shopify opened Fracture with a couple of wins before Team Liquid managed to grab their first by round 3. The first half ended with Shopify in the lead with two points. Shopify again controlled the game, this time in the second half as they easily outpaced Team Liquid to end the map by round 22, with a score of 13-9.
Again, Shopify rose to the occasion and became the leader in the second map, Icebox. This time, they did not give Team Liquid any breathing space as they whooshed through the first half, to end it with an advantage of six points. After 41 minutes and 52 seconds, it was all over as Shopify ended the map on round 18 with a score of 13-5.
