They will be the final rep for North America to Champions Istanbul.
The North America Last Chance Qualifier is now over, and a single team has emerged as the winner of the tournament. 100 Thieves found themselves booking a ticket to Istanbul to fill the last seat for Champions Istanbul as the last North American rep.
The team beat big teams such as Sentinels, Cloud9 and FaZe Clan as they run through both the upper and lower bracket of the LCQ. After beating FaZe Clan in the Lower Bracket final, they met up with The Guard in the Grand Final of the NA LCQ.
From the get-go, 100 Thieves took the lead in the match against The Guard. In Icebox, they easily dominated their opponent with leads in both halves, giving them the win 13-7. The story repeats itself in Fracture, as they win 13-6. The guard tried to mount a good offence in Haven, but 100 Thieves was just too far ahead, giving them a 13-9 win.
With this win, 100 Thieves will be the last representative for the NA region at Champions Istanbul, joining OpTic Gaming and XSET as they battle to be crowned Champion of VALORANT for 2022.
