I dont normally toss these accusations around lightly, and i'd like to think I have some sort of idea as to how to know whats coincidence and whats cheating.
I am a low gm (5300ish) zerg, and today I was offracing as my protoss (around 4200) when I played against a very shady opponent. He goes by ICE and is a m3 protoss.
Here is the replay and here are my time stamps to go with it. If I missed anything I apologize, and I would love for you to tell me I am wrong, but this seems very concrete to me. When I messaged him afterwards, I was ignored.

3:21 sends all 4 of his stalkers to attack my proxy pylon with absolutely no vision of it, and even though it is a common proxy spot, he a-clicked directly onto my pylon, and if he was just scouting, why would he move all 4 stalkers out at once to an exact location.
