The top favorite to win this year's World Cyber Games, Flash, says in a recent interview that he will continue to play StarCraft: Brood War for at least five more years.

- "There are plenty of opportunities to see us in Korea and it is definitely not the last chance to see us play against each other since we will continue to play Starcraft: Brood War for at least five more years," says Flash to Rakaka.se.

While some players have transitioned over to StarCraft 2, Flash admits that he has not even tried the new game.

- "I have not had the time to do so since I have been busy playing Starcraft:Brood War. I will not change the game in the near future," says Flash, but is not short on what he thinks of his potential skill in Starcraft 2: "However I believe that both me and Jaedong will be in the top if we ever change game."

When discussing the skill gap between Koreans and foreigners in Brood War, Flash admits it is quite large, and that he has a special style playing against them.

- "The European players are not as good as the professional players from Korea. I do not know how the European players play when it comes to strategies, I only try to minimize my mistakes and the take it from there," says Flash.

With StarCraft 2 being a new game, Flash thinks the gap is much smaller there. But with time, he thinks the Koreans will dominate in StarCraft 2 as well.

- "I believe that Korea will soon dominate Starcraft 2 as we do in BW but with SC2 foreigners will have a better chance than in SC: BW," says Flash.

Flash has defeated both iNfeRnaL and Vulture so far, and has yet to play the Panama player LimbiC, more known as CocoA. This at 18:00 CET.
