We are extremely excited to announce that the WCG 2004 USA Qualifiers are now free of charge! When you register online, you will be asked to make a $5 refundable deposit, in order to hold your spot in the qualifier. When you show up at the event (or compete in the online tournament) for which you registered, your $5 deposit will be returned to you. If you choose to register on-site, you will not have to pay the deposit, but you will not be guaranteed a spot in the competition if turnout is too high. If you've already paid for a WCG 2004 USA Qualifier, your money will be refunded to you in full.
Please note that this does not preclude any fees charged by the event host themselves - please check with the event host to see if there is an admissions fee. Also, please note that in exchange for the reduced pricing, WCG USA will no longer be offering a membership kit to registered gamers for either the online or offline qualifiers.If you already registered prior to this announcement you will be refunded too in full.
