On February 19th-20th, the MicroEvasion PC Room in Nantes, France will host a Broodwar LAN tournament. It is shaping up to be a great event, with many European players scheduled to attend.

France, the MicroEvasion PC Room will host its third LAN tournament for Starcraft:Broodwar. It will take place on the third weekend of February, from Saturday the 19th until Sunday the 20th. The cap for players is 32, with 14 already intending to compete in the LAN. An interesting map pool was chosen for this event, including:

AlepH, organizer of the tournament, says that the players will first be put into groups, and then have a bracket tournament after the group play. This way, everyone will get the most games for their money. Luckily, the entry fee is very reasonable, just €10 for both days. First prize is predicted to be €100, with the runner up expected to recieve €50. Some French players of note who are attending are iG.BunDy, nB)KymZen, and MgZ)Kaoru. Joining them will be the Polish players
nB)TrueFactor and nB)Floe. nB)KymZen has won the previous two LAN tournaments hosted by MicroEvasion, so he will certainly be a favorite.
