GCS Prize Guidelines
• Eligibility:
To be eligible for prize distribution, participants must secure a qualifying position in the tournament as determined by the official standings. All placements must be verified and confirmed by the tournament administrators.
In the event of any discrepancy regarding the final tournament standings, GosuGamers reserves the right to withhold prize distribution until the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of the tournament administrators.
All participants must comply with the tournament rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
• Prize Distribution:
Each winning team member is responsible for submitting their GCash account details individually to ensure the security of payments, especially as team members may not personally know one another. Consolidated submissions or submissions made on behalf of teammates will not be accepted. For each player's security, tournament administrators will verify the submitted details against the information in our database before processing the prize distribution.
GosuGamers will not be responsible for any funds that are sent to incorrect GCash accounts due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the winners. Each participant is fully responsible for the accuracy of the GCash details submitted, and GosuGamers shall not be liable for any loss or misdirected payments resulting from errors in such information. Prize distribution will only be processed after successful verification of player information by the tournament administrators.
• GCash Account Submission:
Prize money will only be sent to the GCash account details submitted directly by each winning player. GosuGamers will not accept prize distribution requests through third parties or on behalf of other players.
Winners must ensure that the GCash account details provided are accurate and valid. GosuGamers will not be liable for any loss resulting from the submission of incorrect or invalid information. GCash details must be submitted within 48 hours of the prize notification. Failure to submit correct account information within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Privacy and Data Retention:
By submitting your GCash details, winners consent to GosuGamers keeping these details for accounting and record-keeping purposes.
By submitting your GCash details, you consent to GosuGamers storing and processing these details for the purposes of prize distribution, accounting, and compliance with legal obligations. Your personal and financial information will not be shared with any third parties except as required by law or regulatory authorities. Data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill these obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.
• Prize Payment Processing:
All prize payments will be processed and distributed within 30 business days after the tournament’s conclusion, upon verification of all placement results by the tournament administrators.
GosuGamers will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the GCash platform or issues arising from incorrect account details provided by the players.
• Prize Claiming Period:
Winners must submit their GCash account details within 48 hours of notification via the designated submission form. Any unclaimed prizes or submissions containing incorrect or invalid information after this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize. GosuGamers reserves the right to redistribute unclaimed funds at its sole discretion, without any obligation to the disqualified winner.
Disqualification and Conflict Resolution:
All disputes related to tournament standings, disqualifications, or prize distribution shall be handled exclusively by the tournament administrators. The decisions made by GosuGamers and its tournament administrators are final, conclusive, and binding. Participants agree to waive any right to appeal or challenge the outcome of these decisions.
GosuGamers reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team found in violation of tournament rules, resulting in the forfeiture of their prize.
• Liability:
GosuGamers will not be liable for any lost or misdirected payments once they have been successfully transferred to the GCash accounts provided by the winners.
GosuGamers shall not be responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to GCash platform outages, that may affect the prize distribution process.
• Modification of Terms:
GosuGamers reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the tournament constitutes acceptance of any modified terms. It is the responsibility of participants to review the Terms and Conditions prior to the commencement of each tournament.
