From a casual player who only plays Quickplay, I don’t understand why I’m queued into games that have Diamond, Master ranked players or above.
Especially in midnight periods, higher the chances that I bumped into Master, GM or even Top500 players. Playing with/against Top500 is rare, but Grandmaster players aren’t uncommon.
(Heck, even in Quickplay Classic. I also bumped into large pre-made groups of Diamond/Master players or above..)
I just want to relax and play the game after work, but I can’t because of the pressure of high ranked players that I felt bad if I underperform or being too eased, etc.
Overwatch is not like Team Fortress 2 or Battlefield 3 where I can select whatever servers I like if I want to relax & play casually or want to play seriously.
Not a fan of Deathmatch modes though as I enjoy playing team-based games with objectives. Mystery Heroes are kinda okay, but chances are too random which could lead to unfair scenarios, especially heroes aren't limited to one.
