Overwatch 2 is set to include a bunch of new game modes, maps and heroes that should excite fans of the original game. It'll have several types of co-op missions, a new competitive map type called Push and multiple playable characters. While I'm sure Blizzard still has plenty more to reveal ahead of the Overwatch 2 release date, there are several features and aspects I'd love to see in it that we haven't heard about yet.
One of the major selling points for Overwatch 2 is that it'll dig into the lore of the world in greater depth with four-player PvE co-op missions — essentially an evolution of the Archives events. I'm looking forward to those, especially since they'll be replayable thanks to the custom ability system and a variety of objectives.
