Overwatch Arena by NFG: Season 1 Finals today
NFG presents their season 1 finals for their Overwatch Arena tournament on February 23rd!
On February 23rd at 7PM CET, the finals for season 1 of the Overwatch Arena will begin! 8 teams will face off in a double elimination bracket. The upper bracket will have best-of-3 matches, with the lower bracket having a best-of-1 configuration.
The 8 invited teams have competed in multiple weeks of the tournament. The previous prize pool of $420 has been increased to $830 thanks to ThePlaysTV. The prize pool will be divided as follows:
- 1st place: $420
- 2nd place: $270
- 3rd place: $140
There are 3 streams available in English, French, and Russian to accomodate a wide variety of viewers:
8 teams are competing and all are from different countries - with the exception of two swedish teams:
- Acertas Gaming: Sweden
- ALTERNATE aTTaX: Germany
- Drift Klubben: Finland
- GamersOrigin: France
- Oslo Lions EK: Norway
- Pale Golden Rod: United Kingdom
- Vivi's Adventure: Sweden
- Work In Progress: Italy
