Ex-REUNITED roster finds home and loses letter in new organization
The players that up until recently made up REUNITED have stayed together, and will soon be playing for a new organization.
Europe might not be in the most amazing place right now, but it's not because of the awesome community of dedicated players that we have gotten used to over the last year. The ambition of European players is keeping the scene growing and is attracting more and more people to Overwatch.
The squad of guys that most will know under the name of REUNITED, but lost their player-owned organization due to financial instability, have managed to attract yet another brand to the scene: eUnited. Yes, we know the names are alike. Yes, the players and organization have also figured it out. But let's focus on the announcement for now, and save the memes for later.
EUnited is an American organization that was founded last year and has since picked up teams in a variety of games: League of Legends, Gears of War, Call of Duty and Counter-Strike. And now, they will welcome the following players to their family as well:
Considering the roster is European but the organization is North American, the question will be what region the team will compete in. With the Overwatch League still on its way, the organization might be comfortable moving the whole team to NA.
