Get hooked on this Roadhog 'Best of' reel
Time for our favorite man-pig-pig to shine in another edition of our 'Best of' series.
We all know the hook mechanic. It is seen in a series of games such as League of Legends, Heroes of the Storm and now Overwatch. You can love or hate the mechanic, but it is hard to not see the extra dimension it can add to gameplay. While nothing is more infuriating than a hook hitting you through a wall and around a corner, picking an ulting Pharah from the sky makes up for it ten times over.
Yes, Blizzard should continue to tweak the hook and the ping compensation that allows those impossible hooks. But while we have the hook as it is today, why not celebrate those players who have mastered hitting those split second windows. Take a look at the highlight reel we have prepared below, and see Roadhog specialists such as Hymzi and Harbleu pick apart and overwhelm entire compositions.
