ChanManV hosts a series of podcasts related to Overwatch. Tonight, him and his colleagues will talk about a very relevant topic: the Overwatch League, featuring a very interesting guest.
At BlizzCon, Blizzard (finally) announced their plans for Overwatch's esports future: the Overwatch League. They talked a bit about how it will work, and showed us an introductory video to what it's all about. But more information is always better, right?
Tonight on podcast The OverView, the hosts ChanManV, Fishstix and Jason Kaplan will talk about the newly announced league. The guest of the evening is Global eSport Director for Overwatch: Nate Nanzer. So be sure to tune in to get some more information about the league, and maybe even ask a question or two yourself?
So far, we only know the basics of how the league will work. Since the league is still in its start up, we probably won't get to know the specific organizations and players involved. But we also don't know any of the locations for this league, and if it will be online or offline focused.
It could also be fun to hear from the Blizzard employees what their thoughts were when they designed this league, and what their hopes are for the future of (Overwatch) eSports.
The podcast will feature other hot topics as well, as always. For example the recently concluded Overwatch World Cup, and some of the other things that were said at Blizzcon (Sombra).
