Cloud9 looking to defend their title in ESL King of the Hill

ESL's King of the Hill is back once again and this week promises to be a thiller. Cloud9 will be looking to hold on to their crown. The challengers are The 1 Percent and invitee Rise Nation

It’s Tuesday and that means it’s time for another iteration of ESL’s King of the Hill tournament. As always, their version features a unique qualifying format. One team qualifies through their Go4Overwatch tournaments, one is invited and the King returns to defend their crown from last week. This week Cloud9 will try to hold onto their crown, while the challengers include invited team Rise Nation and tournament winner The 1 Percent
 

• 5 PM PDT/ 8PM EST/ 2 AM CEST
• $1,000 Prizepool
• 3 teams, 2 matches

The first match of the day will be between The 1 Percent and Rise Nation. While any team that makes it through a Go4Overwatch tournament is good, the new comers will face a uphill climb to beat Rise Nation. Rise Nation may not be a overpowered team but they are quite strong. Waiting in the wings is Cloud9, winner of last week’s King of the Hill. Cloud9 is one of the best Overwatch teams in the world. They are currently ranked as the 3rd best team, but they have the talent to challenge the top 2.
