Virtus.pro step into the world of PUBG Mobile

As PUBG Mobile grows, as do the caliber of teams that enter the battlegrounds, with Virtus.pro being the latest team to confirm a roster.

PUBG Mobile has seen immense growth over recent times, with the game now celebrating three years of existence and over ONE BILLION downloads. With tournaments offering sizeable prize pools and exposure for some of the greatest talent around the globe, it was only a matter of time before the CIS giants of Virtus.pro found their place in history with some extremely talented individuals. With confirmation coming earlier today, VP are excited to have the roster of New Era join their venture into the world of PUBG Mobile.

The full roster for VP PUBG Mobile is:

-          Yan “YASHA” Shaban (captain)

-          Grigoriy “Lightning” Solomasov

-          Euheni “BLVCKwhite” Balashou

-          Egor “ROGE” Sroslov

-          Matvey “Skillovi4ok” Babushkin (sub)

-          Alexey “ebjaiko” Pashkov (manager)

While most of the team are quite familiar with one another, having played together for some time, Lightning is the only “new” face, although being no stranger to the world of PUBG Mobile. Lightning previously played alongside the likes of gQ team, before they were signed by Team Unique. Now, with the amount of talent they have, Virtus.pro PUBG Mobile look to take on all challengers.

Sergey Glamazda, CEO of Virtus.pro, had the following to say on the new team,

Launching a mobile roster has been a long time coming for us, and the stars have finally aligned. We got experienced players with a good track record of tournament victories. CIS region is soon to host one of the stages of the prestigious international series in PUBG MOBILE, and I’m glad that our club will be represented by these great players."

The team’s first foray into battle will begin on April 20th, 2021, when the PUBG Mobile Pro League – Season 1 kicks off on its CIS iteration. VP PUBG Mobile join the likes of Alliance, Natus Vincere, Konina Power and a host of other amazing teams as they fight their way through the group stages in hopes of reaching the playoffs.
