Week 2 of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League – Philippines (MPL – PH) Season 7 is approaching, with more special storylines ready to be written.
After some intense action over the weekend at MPL – PH S7 Week 1, with a few massive upsets, Week 2 promises to bring us more great action from the event as teams look for redemption or to continue showing off their strengths. One of the first and foremost on the list is definitely Bren Esports, who suffered a double-dose of defeat over the weekend – and we know the reigning champions will be hoping to change that.
With another two matches scheduled for Week 2, the first against Aura PH and the next against Execration, Bren are going to be going all out in hopes of recovery. With both opponents claiming at least one victory over Week 1, Bren will need to pull out all the stops if they want to finally get a series win on the board. However, the two Bren Esports series are not all we have to talk about, especially after Omega Esports were slapped with a day 1 loss over the weekend.
Having gone up against Execration which was the two teams first meeting since the Season 6 playoffs, Omega were dominated as XctN got their revenge. With their first series of the week against a team on a high after taking down Bren and being the local favourites, Nexplay Esports, Omega are going to have a tough time getting on the board.
