Lucifron and MVP ended up the kings of last night's WCS Europe playday as they left Nerchio and SaSe crawling in the dust.

Neither Acer's top Zerg Nerchio nor IM's famed Terran MVP could hold their ground against the pwoer of the Spaniard in the opening and winner's match, respectively.
To say Lucifron outclassed his renowned his opponents would be a critical understatement as the level of domination the Terran half of the Duran borthers exerted was unbelievable. Swaying between heavy macro play and intensive hellion/hellbat harass against Nerchio, as well as pristine mech play and perfect strategic positioning against MVP, Lucifron was able to outproduce both to deservedly top group C and is the only player still undefeated in the tournament with 8-0 (and will remain one unless DIMAGA pulls off a 4-0 tonight).

MVP BEATS SASE TWICE, ADVANCES AS SECOND IN THE GROUP
Despite his subpar play in the series against Lucifron, MVP was otherwise as solid as we know him. In three of the four games the two played, MVP resorted to a containment strategy to either rudely push his way through or cover a crippling medivac drop that would severe SaSe's economy.
Seeing how MVP was masterful enough to punish any kind of 2-base play, SaSe took the ballsy decision to go for a relatively quick third in the final game on Star Station but that backfired even worse. Spotting this move, MVP simply threw a heacy marauder attack down SaSe's way and the Swede had to GG out promptly, following Nerchio down to the challanger circuit.
