Norwegian Zerg Jens "Snute" Aasgaard played his first Proleague match today, though it wasn't a particularly successful one. Tossed in the middle of a fight between EG-TL and SPL leaders Woongjin Stars, Snute fell to Free for his team's 1-4 loss.
Leading in with their Zerg line-up wasn't EG-TL's best decision today as it only secured two early kills for Free. The Woongjin Protoss was almost broken by Revival's roach attack but a sturdy defense until a colossus/void ray ball was assembled allowed him to prevail. Void rays made another appearance in the second set of the day against Norwegian Zerg Snute as Free went for a triple stargate into a void ray/zealot/high templar critical hit.
The bad luck of the joint roster did not end there as Free scored yet another kill by blinking through HerO to put the series dangerously close to an all kill. It took Jaedong's hydras to bring Free's reign to an end but a reverse all-kill wasn't in JD's future today. Woongjin called forth sOs for the fifth set to deliver EG-TL their second loss for the round.

There were more three-kills in the other match of the day too as CJ Entus met Team 8 at the bottom of the table. Showing ZvP and ZvT excellence, CJ's Hydra opened strong for his team and eliminated Argo, Cure and Terminator before finally being shut down by TY.
From there, it was TY's own turn to shine and the Terran went on a similar streak. What started with the death of Hydra ended up with triumphs over Bong and Effort and CJ and Team 8 were again in a tie.
It was up to hero[join] to deliver for CJ Entus and the Protoss ace came out to do his job as he often has in the past. In a rather short PvT, TY and Team 8 tasted defeat at the hands of herO's 2-base blink/colossus timing.
