GameChosun report that the French Zerg has chosen to instead stay home, recuperate and focus on overseas tournaments.
Stephano left South Korea on March 4th to participate in IEM World Championship and the HotS launch event in France and today we learn that he will not be flying back.
Stephano's tournament schedule in Korea included playing in next season's Code S (a spot he won by beating the Up/Down matches) as well as being part of EG-TL's roster for KeSPA's Proleague. According to the source, the local league schedules were hard on Stephano and thus, EG's star player has chosen to stay in Europe, get some rest and focus on overseas events.
Stephano departs South Korea as the only EG-TL player with a positive Proleague score at 6-5, leaving the joint roster one ace player short. There is still no information who will replace the Frenchman in Code S Ro32.
