The newest SC2 team in South Korea AZUBU officially becomes the seventh member of the E-Sports Federation.
AZUBU first stepped into StarCraft waters in August last year as personal sponsors of Violet and it was not until December that their roster was expanded. Seven players were added this month, including SC2 old timers Genius, TOP and InCa, and four more were signed on January 30th 2013.
Now a fully operational team with sizeable roster, AZUBU becomes a full fledged member of the E-Sports Federation alongside IM, FXOpen, NSH, Prime, MVP and StarTale. In the words of AZUBU representative, the team will dedicate itself to "build a strong e-sports culture with fellow eSF teams".
Team AZUBU will be first tested at the GSTL Heart of the Swarm pre-season starting February 16th, in which it'll compete against its fellow eSF colleagues as well as the joint roster of Axiom and Acer.
