The Flash Dota 2 League will be split into three categories namely the Open Category, Amateur League and Professional League. Additionally, the games will also serve as a shoutcasting contest for those who want to be like Tobi, LD and GoDz.The Open Category will be open to all for registration, but teams need to qualify for the Amateur and Professional League. Teams will then move up and down the different categories depending on how they place in their respective leagues each season.
The leagues will be commentated by aspiring casters in the region. Flash wants to give them exposure and the viewers can vote for their favorite caster at the end.
