ESWC Qualifiers Reach Top 8

The Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC) East and West Qualifiers advance to their second play date, with each divisions just having 8 teams remaining.

All these teams are sporting a perfect slate so far, all of them cruising through a Single-Elimination format on the first day of the tournament. The following rounds are more forgiving though (in terms of losses to give), but definitely at the expense of much better opponents. The following 2 rounds will be played on Bo3, while the finals will be played on Bo5.

The winners of both qualifiers will earn a slot on the 8-team ESWC LAN finals in Paris, France. However, EG (team composition is majority American) will not be able to represent their country regardless if they win because U.S.A. is already represented by POTM Bottom.
