Both teams were full of surprises during the first match of today's coverage. Trust stormed TongFu in game one on the back of a Clinkz pick, while the Chinese team responded in the next two games with Hao's Anti-Mage. TongFu are our first Winner's Bracket finalists.

The game kicked off with a epic Fissure by Earthshaker locking off Leshrac, Ogre Magi and Windrunner, giving Sentinel the first two kills even before the game started.

As the lanes set up, the power of Trust soon showed itself in the form of a Ogre Magi initiation, Leshrac and Windrunner follow-up as well as an Invoker Sun Strike which gave them easy kills at bot lane. TongFu was not ready to play against a sneaky Clinkz and eventually the Thai powerhouse gained a 10,000 gold advantage at 30 minutes.

With Ghost Scepters up on Venomancer and Pudge to prevent Clinkz from dominating, the Chinese team seemingly found their way back into the game, but a second Aegis on Clinkz allowed Trust to claim top barracks at 42 minutes.

TongFu was able to take the third Roshan after catching Ogre Magi off guard and with two clutch hooks from Pudge, while a surprise (albeit late) Blink Dagger on Earthshaker at 50 minutes took off three of Trust's heroes, while unbeknownst to TongFu, Clinkz had successfully backdoor dived their mid tier 3 tower.

Trust were all about playing safe, and with a split push set up with Clinkz on the off-lane, they were able to use the latter to secure mega creeps after a series of backdoor attempts which succeeded eventually at 58 minutes. The game was over by then and TongFu's Hao called the GG.

An early aggressive Smoke used by Shadow Demon and Sand King gave Morphling the advantage at mid lane against Beastmaster, while Dark Seer was able to put pressure on Invoker as well as the tier one tower at bot by constantly pulling lane creeps with his Ion Shell.

The game soon looked as if it was going to be a late game battle between Anti-Mage and Morphling, with 40 cs on the former and 50 cs on the latter at 8 minutes. Anti-Mage, furthermore, opted for four points on Blink, one on Spell Shield and the rest on Stats and Mana Void at Level 11.

With the map control allowed to TongFu by Beastmaster, the Chinese team was able to take down Roshan at 20 minutes with little resistance, and with Sand King and Shadow Demon caught out at 31 minutes by a full team Smoke on Dire, a second Aegis was placed on Anti-Mage, who, by then, already had a Manta Style, Battlefury and Black King Bar.

TongFu then began their methodical approach to victory, slowly chipping away at Trust's outer towers until the last one fell at 36 minutes. With a final push at mid barracks, even a buyback on Morphling could not prevent TongFu's victory and the Thai team eventually forfeited the game.

The Thai team went for an aggressive push lineup in game three, hoping to get ahead on towers and allowing Clinkz some free farm. Taking out tier one bot tower with Enigma, Prophet, Shadow Shaman and Clinkz at just 3 minutes, they continued to take down the tier two tower and eventually got it one minute later.

The roaming push combination of Enigma and Prophet forced Invoker and Bounty Hunter around the map to defend the pushes, and even though Hao had completed his Battlefury at 12 minutes, Clinkz sniped down Dire's courier and forced Anti-Mage to go on the defensive, purchasing a Vanguard on top of what he had.

Though Clinkz had an easy game when it was picked back in game one, Bounty Hunter's Track seemed to hard counter Clinkz with timely Smokes by Lion and Sand King able to allow Bounty Hunter to take out Prophet and Clinkz at the bot lane.

Mass Necrobooks came out on Queen Of Pain, Prophet and Enigma and Trust tried for mid barracks at 22 minutes, and again at 24 minutes. An epic Blink Dagger Epicentre by Sand King gave TongFu a 5-0 team wipe and an Ultra Kill on Anti-Mage - Hao could not be stopped.

After picking off Enigma and the tier one mid tower, TongFu went for Roshan uncontested, and with a Heart of Tarrasque on Anti-Mage, they tried for mid rax at 34 minutes only to be pushed back. When they went back at 38 minutes, however, they caught off Queen of Pain and Shadow Shaman, easily taking out mid barracks shortly after.

Cleaning up Roshan for a second time, TongFu ganked off Clinkz and Shadow Shaman for a second time, taking off bot barracks and forcing the Trust team down to the Loser's Bracket, where they will face the winner of WE and MSIEvoGT.
