Christian Harder Leads Final Eight at WPT Foxwoods

A tough final eight players are set at the World Poker Tour's World Poker Finals main event in Foxwoods. Christian Harder leads with 1,437,000, but with tough competition of seasoned pros behind him including Andy Frankenberger Chris Klodnicki and Jonathan Little.

Notable bust outs on Day included Allen Kessler (25th), Cornel Cimpan (23rd), Lee Markholt (17th), Bernard Lee (16th) and Matt Stout (14th). Matt Glantz had another deep run but came up short of the final table in 12th place, while past Foxwoods winner Hoyt Corkins just missed out on the final table in 10th place.

Play continues Monday for a short day of play as they reduce to the TV final table of 6 with the blinds starting at 6,000/12,000 and a 2,000 ante.
