The Korean qualifier for International e-culture Festival (IEF) has ended, with ReMinD, Lyn, Lucifer and Moon taking the four player spots at the grand final.
The followers of the Korean IEF qualifier witnessed a broken bracket, with only eight players out of the original 19. Hence we saw only two matches in the Round of 16, with Lucifer defeating Sweet and Moon taking out Glory.Emperor.
The Round of 8 also only saw two matches. An on-song Lucifer went on to beat Reprisal 2-0 while Moon struggled to beat FoCuS in a series ending 2-1 for the Night Elf.
And while the top four was already detemined, the four players went up against each other, allegedly for seeding purposes. Lyn ended up winning the entire qualifier after defeating ReMinD (2-1) and Lucifer (2-1) in the semi and grand final respectively.
ReMinD grabbed third place after a 2-0 over Moon.
