LGD stomps DK to claim G-League crown

LGD takes home another championship after defeating the superstar team DK, in a very convincing match during the G-League Finals.

The finals were between the star-studded team, DK, taking on the veteran team, LGD. Fans expected it to be a very close game, but LGD literally stomped their opponents taking home 150,000RMB (~$23,000) in prize money with a 3-0 win.

In game one, LGD chose a heavy push strat against DK with heroes such as Batrider, Broodmother and Enchantress. Broodmother was able to pressure the bottom lane well against Windrunner, not allowing Windrunner any room to roam for kills. With some strong pushes and slowly picking off heroes one by one, LGD took game one.

Game two saw a closer fight between the two teams, this time DK took one of Burning's signature heros, Morphling, yet they were unable to hold back LGD's advancement with YYF on Doom and ZSMJ on Windrunner. The combination of their great support players as well as superb team coordination led to their victory.

DK needed to equalize in the next two games in order to hold a chance at winning the money, but it was just not possible. LGD went for a semi-push strat with Weaver, Enchantress and Venomancer which took down towers left right and center. In the end an overfarmed Weaver won the game for LGD, sealing their fate as G-League champions.
