In a response to my post regarding the issues Europeans have with the live streams and VODs at GOMTV their support responded that they are deeply sorry and they are working on stabilizing it in Europe, but it will take time.
To the question;
- "What actions will be made to stabilize GOMTV's streams and VODs for Europe? Europeans had a lot of problems throughout season 2, unable to watch even when they paid for it.", also add to that the problems viewing VODs as they take very long to buffer for people living in Europe the response was;

We are deeply sorry for your inconvenience to European customers. Currently, as you know, our server is located in the US and we are working hard to provide the proper service in Europe. However, it takes time to proceed it. Until we completely resolve this issue, we hope you to enjoy our VOD service. If you have any problems, please leave it at Q&A board. It is good to see that they are working on the problem, but as they state it will take time. How much time however is uncertain. Hopefully to all Europeans who have already paid for the Season 3 ticket it will be fixed before the round of 64 starts.
