You heard it right folks, Blizzard has now announced on the frontpage of their website that the digital pre-sale download of Cataclysm is now available for purchase. The process is not that hard; if you purchased Starcraft II: Wings Of Liberty over the internet, it will be the same exact steps.
The digital pre-sale allows users to download the actual game before the actual release of the game. When Cataclysm is released on December 7th, 2010, your account will automatically be updated at 12:01AM and you will be able to log on and play. Your official Cataclysm copy will download in the background while you are playing World of Warcraft or whenever you have your launcher open.
The new expansion is a little over a month away folks. Get your swords shined, your staffs polished, your haircut done, and your pets groomed; Deathwing is right around the corner!
