As you can see GameReplays has decided to put a unique spin on an otherwise routine tournament by having the US and EU teams on opposite sides of the brackets, with the winners of each continent facing off in the grand finals match.
Such a unique approach to this event will allow for these teams to play on their own terms and time zones, while also allowing for more lag-free gameplay so that each team will be able to perform to their very best.
Having fought tooth and claw to secure their places in this event in GameReplays.org Season 2 Ladder, each of these teams have proven their worth as powerhouses and should make for some very entertaining matches.
Further analysis of this event will come once the lineups for each team have been confirmed, and GosuBets will undoubtedly be active for this event when round one begins on August 15th.
The EU side of the bracket will start play at 18:00 CET while the US teams will battle it out beginning at 22:00 CET. This is to allow for the teams to play at times more convenient to their regions since each match will be a best of three contest.
