The finalists of last years WCG Korea are all sitting with a bye, gamers are starting to wonder if there will be a repeat or if there are some upsets in the works.
The last time the two above battled (ZerO and Action), it was ZerO who came out on top. The two of them are 1-1 lifetime against each other, while in the other match up tonight it's the reigning Korean Air OnGameNet StarLeague champion EffOrt taking on the former pro Ever)Z(Woon.

ZerO vs Action Game 1
12:08 KST : ZerO spawns at the 5 position and Action a the 11. As I said above, these two are 1-1 life time against each other so no matter what today someone gets the edge.
12:09 KST : ZerO is opting for the fast expansion to his natural, as is Action. Both have their pool and extractor up, so far it's a true mirror match.
12:10 KST : Lings out for both players, little bit of a skirmish in the middle. Both now have their hatchery up at their expansion. Both have their lair up. Action is trying to abuse a few drones in ZerO's base.
12:11 KST: Battle outside ZerO's base! Turned out even but at a point Action had a bit of a surround going, both are rocking the zergling speed and spire started for both. Literally half a second apart.
12:13 KST : OH MAN, Action ran in full force to ZerO's base. THE SPIRE IS IN TROUBLE!! It's down! Action almost has this game now, he has mutas out and more zerglings.
12:14 KST: Looks like there's a few mutas for ZerO that managed to be morphed, Action is going after his natural. The spore colony is down to lings but ZerO is looking to counter. He sent a team of 7 zerglings to Actions base to go after some drones, looks like 3-4 got sniped. Two zerglings still in ZerO's natural doing some damage.
12:15 KST: Another spore is up for ZerO but all he can do is mass lings. There's one muta and a few lings at Actions base right now, and ZerO is trying to take out some drones. Looks like he's going after the lair? now. Here comes some mutas to ZerO's main. He's just laughing sniping drones and defending his base.
12:16 KST : ZerO has gotten the spire of Action pretty low it's almost in the red now. He keeps on massing zerglings, he might be able to go take it! but he's going after drones instead?!? Action came back to take care of them and ZerO has started another spire.
12:17 KST: ZerO is doing the best he can to keep his few mutas alive that he made a long time ago now. Microing out some scourge that were coming his way. Looks like a lot of drones coming out for Action, this late in ZvZ it's a little strange to see but he did lose a lot of them so he's being forced to. Looks like ZerO isn't quite out of this yet.
12:18 KST: Food count is almost dead even between the two of them 42-41 and goes up and down based on the second. To be honest, I have no idea who has the advantage now because it looks like ZerO might have more mutalisks.
12:19 KST: We could be in for a long one here! Queens Nest started for ZerO, but Action is going after the drones that are mining gas at the natural of ZerO. That has to be annoying.
12:20 KST: Just a little bit of abusing going on. 3 zerglings of ZerO make it into Actions base, looks like he won't be able to take out a single drone. He has queens though!! We should see ensnare, it's deadly and awesome.
12:21 KST: Scourge scout by Action, he didn't see the queens but he did this time when one of his overlords was taken out. Another hatchery going up for ZerO back at this base and looks like I missed Action taking the 12 expansion it's up now.
12:22 KST: UHOH! The expansion at 12 was taken down by mutas. Action wasn't able to do much as an ensnare well ensnared almost half of his mutas. Though he can get queens now as well. ZerO wants to have some fun, he has a greater spire now. I can't remember the last time I saw a ZvZ hit 3rd tier tech.
12:23 KST: 4 devourer eggs for ZerO and he has +1 attack upgrade. Now sure on Action, they dont click his units too often. Though this could be trouble, between queens and devourers. ZerO is starting to advance he's just outside of actions natural. Action trying to get his 12 once again. Little battle, Scourge take out a queen of ZerO.
12:24 KST: All the mutas of Action are in ZerO's main. Spore goes down and a lot of the drones are getting sniped! It took a while but ZerO finally made it back and got a bunch of shots off and a lot of kills. He's looking to counter now, and it's going to be at the 12 expansion that just finished.
12:25 KST: Single devourer was killed in the middle, it lagged behind. Battle just outside of Actions main, there's no Queens but the acid spores are causing more and more damage.. It's only a matter of time.. GG!!!!!!!!!!
Zero vs Action Game 2
12:31 KST : Action spawns at the 5 and ZerO sitting at the 11.
12:32 KST : Looks like Action is going for a 12 pool, seemed like he was going for something strange there. Basic start for ZerO who is now mining gas. Extractor just started for Action now.
12:33 KST : 6 lings out for ZerO, he's going to scout around the map. Who kows maybe he'll find some gold. Pool done for Action, 6 lings are out now and we may get a little zergling dance at the nat position of action.
11:34 KST: ZerO was hiding his lings well! His ovie was down he saw that the hatch at the nat of Action was almost complete and bullied his way in. No speed yet but he almost has the natural down. It's sitting at about 300 hp and Action is low on Zerglings. This might be a fast game.
11:35 KST: And there it is GG. Just like that, Action is out.
EffOrt vs Ever)Z(Woon Game 1
12:49 KST: Game hasn't started but Ever)Z(Woon looks excited not nervous.
12:50 KST: Effort spawns at the 10 and Ever)Z(Woon at the 2. Both scout the the wrong direction with their overlord.
12:51 KST: There's like 6 fans in the studio, looks like they were holding a sign cheering for Ever)Z(Woon. He's going to be going 12 hatch, Effort is doing the same thing but he looks a couple seconds behind actually.
12:52 KST: Pool and extractor started for both of them, I would love to see Ever)Z(Woon. He used to be a pro a while back, maybe this is a way for him to get his license back. Ovies are dancing, near the middle of the map.
12:53 KST: Lost my connection to OGN, finding a new spot..... Nats up for both.
12:54 KST: And I'm back! Spire up for both players, at about the same time. Ever)Z(Woon initiated and got destroyed just outside of effots base. He doesn't look too happy anymore, more of a panic on his face.
12:55 KST: Major issues tonight with trying to keep a stable stream.
12:57 KST: Thank you WCG for putting up a new stream. While I was gone, WOW! Ever)Z(Woon took out the spire of EffOrt, could we see a repeat of game 1 earlier tonight?
12:58 KST: Lings of Effort are just on a rally to Ever)Z(Woon base, he's going to try to force him to keep doing what's he doing so that effort can build up. Nothing is mining at the natural of Ever)Z(Woon, but a drone was heading towards his base.. Stupid rally points eh Effort?
12:59 KST: Two spores up for Effort in his main base, Ever)Z(Woon is going after them! He took one down, barely got away with a weak muta but he's going after the pool now. This could be all but over shortly. Ever)Z(Woon has enough lings back at his base to hold off effort by what I can see.. UNLESS HE RUNS BY, he's going after the drones. POOL IS DOWN!
13:00 KST: MASS LINGS BY Ever)Z(Woon being sent to Effort, the spores are going down. Effort has that look on his face, the look of defeat. More lings coming down as effort tries to hold off what with he has to make a new pool. The lair is about to go down to mutas. The drones are all that's left!!!
13:00 KST: GG BY EFFORT! Ever)Z(Woon looks like he's going to cry tears of joy.
EffOrt vs Ever)Z(Woon Game 2
13:06 KST: EffOrt spawned at the 11 and Ever)Z(Woon down at the 5.
13:08 KST: Nothing interesting happens unless someone 4 pools in zvz in the first few minutes. EffOrt is going for either an 8 or 9 pool. Ever)Z(Woon is going for the 12 hatch at nat once again this game.
13:09 KST: Effort opts for the late natural after he get 6 lings out. This could scare Ever)Z(Woon into making too many lings and over commiting. Pool isn't done for Ever)Z(Woon yet.
13:10 KST 10 lings hitting the nat of Ever)Z(Woon, and ITS GOING DOWNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN Boom? There goes the natural of Ever)Z(Woon. Effort pulls a smart move, as his natural is only second away from being done now. He's trying to take out lings at the spot. Wins the battle!
13:11 KST: Ever)Z(Woon calls GG, he knew it was over. Spire was already started for effort.
Effort vs Ever)Z(Woon Game 3
13:15 KST: Here we go, can the kid win it!?. EffOrt spawns in at the 1 and Ever)Z(Woon down at the 5.
13:16 KST: I want this kid to win, he looks like he's having a lot of fun. EffOrt is just playing the game, Ever)Z(Woon is going for a 9 pool this time. Maybe he's going to use EffOrts play against him? Extractor started.
13:17 KST: 12 Hatch for EffOrt, his ovie will be scouting out Ever)Z(Woon soon enough to see what he's doing. Both players are going the same thing, except wait, there's a hatch at the nat of EffOrt. His pool is done and he's getting some gas now. Ever)Z(Woon has 6 lings out, they've been spotted!
13:18 KST: Ever)Z(Woon trying to do what EffOrt did to him last game, but EffOrt has 6 lings and 3 drones there. Ever)Z(Woon might have speed soon for his lings. THERE IT IS! He's going after that hatch, and lair started back at his base.
13:19 KST: Lair done for Ever)Z(Woon, EffOrt fights off outside of his Natural. He was going to rally his mass army down to Ever)Z(Woon's base but decided against it. Two lings sneak into EffOrts base, he gets to see the lair started. Almost takes out a drone, oh he got one!
13:20 KST: Both players making a crescent at the ramp of Ever)Z(Woon, neither can get in or out. That is until the spire complete, which it has. Also a hatch started up in Ever)Z(Woon's base. EffOrt has spores being morphed in now. He should be able to snipe an ovie or three of EffOrt.
13:21 KST: Effort has A LOT of drones at his main, only one spore there but his spire is started. Ever)Z(Woon has four? mutas out now. He hasn't been able to do too much with them. Ever)Z(Woon gets his natural started using mutas to keep the lings of EffOrt at bay. Spire is done now for EffOrt.
13:22 KST: 5 idle larva for Ever)Z(Woon right now, his supply is pretty caught right now. He has a few spores out and looks like mass mutas about to come out. His Natural is done, and a scourge coming down to scout Ever)Z(Woon's base from EffOrt. EffOrt starts a hatch in his base, he doesn't want to be behind.
13:23 KST: Effort is moving out, he has a bunch of lings and what looks to be about 5? mutas. I think Ever)Z(Woon has almost double that count right now. Here we go, Effort sends mutas after the main of Ever)Z(Woon and lings to his front.
13:24 KST: Lings take out the spire in Ever)Z(Woon main! Things aren't looking good! Effort rallies in lings and Ever)Z(Woon makes a HUGE mistake. He has two mutas sitting at his expansion which was almost dead and flew them away. EffOrt can sail the rest of this game. He started an expansion at 11 which was found quickly. Ever)Z(Woon might have to all in here.
13:25 KST: EffOrt forced to go back with his mutas, Scourge were flying wild. Ever)Z(Woon takes out one of the spores, the second pushes him back. EffOrt has had enough of it. Sends in his army GG is called! Ever)Z(Woon smiled at his defeat knowing he took a game away from EffOrt.
