Korok Blogs his journey

Have you ever wanted to know how pro-gamers are really like in real life when they are not playing Dota? Or wondered about the synergy present in a team? Well Korok playing for Nirvana.GiGa.int at ESWC DotA Grand Finals is giving us a unique account of his journey as well as a glimpse inside his team’s lair.

Korok made a blog, half way between a personal diary and a twitter account. This good lad decided that sharing his ESWC experience with the community wouldn’t be such a bad idea. Here goes 'Korok's Adventure' as one might call it. The journey begins for him at the airport terminal waiting for his flight. In the meantime, he blogs some; one time in the US, the other time in Canada. He will soon be heading to “the home of KuroKy” as he calls it; that is Germany. His eight hour long flight would have been pretty depressing if he hadn’t met a teenage girl traveling alone too. She was traveling to Madrid she said...

Follow the rest of the adventure of how Korok and Demon missed Azen at the airport in Paris because the picture they had of him was ‘outdated!’ or their first practice session at a LAN center with Fear and Puppey.

More intriguing question which hopefully will be answered is: How does a team deal with the pressures and the fierce competition of a LAN event such as ESWC?
