Ruby Sanctum normal difficulty loot from the PTR

Now that the PTR testing has gone through WoWHead.com has put up some of the loot dropped in the instance. All the 25 and 10 man loot drop at the same iLvl gear as the Lich King, and from reports from some of the guilds who have been testing it the fight is very tuff.

Note: There's no Heroic loot yet because no one has downed him.

While not technically a new tier of gear, this being a short instance will make the 271/277 gear more accessible. This will defiantly have an impact on the Arena's (the heroic gear may even be 284 like Shadowmourne), I would expect to see a lot more PvE gear showing up in every ones non-set epic slots.
