Due to some inactivity issues, as stated from former player Petter "pepp3" Nyström, DIPS has come to an end, leaving as the sole survival trace their IRC channel headline "It was fun while it lasted! Thanks to everyone who played in DIPS and good luck!".
When asked about what comes next for the DIPS players, "pepp3" answered:
-"I'm probably going to join some other team, haven't checked with all the others, but I think Matrim is going SC2 and I can't see the other guys quitting since they are really good players, and they love the game :)."

Regarding competitive gaming, what do you intend to do next?
-"I don't have any real plan regarding that, playing a fair bit with Kuronity at the moment and maybe something interesting can happen, don't know."
And what is to be of the competitive swedish scene? Any strong teams, in your opinion?
-"yB, DRz and N/a are all good teams, how 'strong' they are I can't really say (because I honestly don't know) but they all have differing views of how the game works. Really looking forward to seeing how they all do in the Razer tour thingy."
"Grunthor" assured the team members had no problems whatsoever with each other, and inactivity was the main reason why it all went down. GG.net wishes the best of luck to all of the former DIPS members. Hopefully we can see more of them in a not-so-distant future.
