
On Saturday, May 8, the Shijingshan Stadium in Beijing will be filled with 16 WarCraft 3 players.
Including World Cyber Games champion Xuwen "Infi" Wang as well as Wei "Fly100%" Liang Lu and Korean Hyo Sub "FoCuS" Eom, the event is gearing up to be spectacular event.
They will compete for an equivalent of 4,800€ prize pool. Aside from the previous mentioned players, the audience in the stadium will be making acquaintances with new Chinese players entering the limelight.
sTa.Goblin, MaN_Lost_King, Go.SunS and LEvin]eX[ are some of the players that went through a long qualifier period in China.
One spot remain open, according to the newspost at Tatazu.com. In an interview with fnatic.com, Jae Ho "Moon" Jang says he plans to play the tournament. He does not appear on the list revealed today.
The spot does however seem to be going to Kejing "Like" Li, who won a poll on the ECL organizer's website.
The players will be divided up into an double elimination bracket tree. Maps to be used are: Echo Isles, Secret Valley, Twisted Meadows, Turtle Rock and Terenas Stand. No brackets have been made official yet.
