VCS B 2019 Winter - Round III is the third and final round of the Vietnam Championship Series B, in which teams from across Vietnam fight to reach the VCS Spring Promotion. 8 teams from Round II participate in Single Elimination bracket with a Finals game of best of five while all other matches are best of three. Top 2 teams of each group advances to VCS Spring Promotion.
