Demonic Embrace feels useless on actual AP Bruisers and Is been reduced to a dot mage item

Building it on Mordekaiser wich btw Is the perfect champion for it in theory still feels like It does nothing and its even worse for Galio and such It needs some sort of buff to his passive for melee champions for example
