I was playing a relaxing game of solo queue, when i got unfairly hit by a Neeko e. I thought "no problem, i just repel as soon as it wears off, that can't be long". But she had already maxed this ability so i had to wait full 3 seconds before i could use my repel. Those 3 seconds felt like an eternity (like every 3 second Morgana binding). But this time it felt particularly long, so i went into the replay and checked it. And there it was, it lasted definitely longer than 3 seconds as you can see by the time (how long it really last i didn't know hot to check properly).
And as an interesting fact the display of the cc didn't show that long on top of my champ, but it still showed in my debuff bar and both my q and e were greyd out because of the root.
DId this happen to someone else or is there a explanation that i can't see?
