I don't know what Riot was trying to do with this stream style, but showing a little bit of footage and going back to the same screen is just boring. A quicker reveal works much better than this powerpoint-like montage stream.
Edit: Some people didn't really get what I was trying to say, so I'll mention I didn't hate the rework itself (yet), but didn't like the how it was presented. Maybe the post title might have been a little toxic since I had spent 40 minutes on a stream that didn't contain a lot of info and was frustrated just before writing this.
