Passive: Hextech Augment or something
Aphelios has an attachment to his firearm that he can change in order to adapt to situations. Each one of his basic abilities is a toggle that can last for 10/15/20/25 basic attacks at levels 1/6/11/16. His ammo for each attachment recharges at a rate of 1 per five seconds. The recharge time is decreased by two seconds per 75% attack speed.
Q: Extended Barrel
Aphelios gains 150 attack range and gains 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% extra movement speed for 2 when he hits an enemy champion. This bonus cannot stack.
W: Explosive Rounds
Aphelios's attacks deal 0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9 of his total attack damage to his target, but deal 1.1/1.15/1.2/1.25/1.3 of his total attack damage in an area around them. This area explosion deals 80% damage to minions.
E: Siphoning Rounds
Aphelios heals for 20/35/50/65/80 (+0.5 bonus AD) per auto attack.
R: Shell Launch
Aphelios launches a shell forward which explodes upon hitting an enemy champion, with a bonus effect depending on what toggle Aphelios has enabled.
No toggle: Deals 200/350/500 (+1.0 bonus AD) damage in an area.
Siphoning rounds toggled: Deals 150/225/350 (+0.7 bonus AD) damage in an area, healing Aphelios for 75/125/200 (+0.3 bonus AD) if an enemy champion is hit, increased by 10% for each additional champion.
Explosive rounds toggled: Deals 200/300/400 (+0.8 AD) damage in a larger area.
Extended barrel toggled: Deals the same damage and gains 300 range, granting him 10%/20%/30% movement speed for three seconds if it hits an enemy champion.
