Riot needs to stop relying on automated programs and actually start punishing people who refuse to try in games and go in their little mode of running to the side lanes and just farming without helping his team.
If a player is on a terrible losing streak, there should be a review of the player's in game play to make sure the player is not trolling away the games and refusing to put in effort because he is "tilted".
Toxic players, I can mute but these players who refuse to try because the game didn't go their way are out of my control and need to be punished harder.
